PERFORMA TELUR IKAN TUNA (Thunnus albacares) PADA PASCATRANSPORTASI SISTEM TERTUTUP

Pasca transportasi telur ikan tuna pada umumnya menghasilkan tingkat penetasan dan kualitas larva yang belum optimal, oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian untuk meningkatkan pemeliharaan selanjutnya. Tujuan dari ini adalah mengetahui performa dihasilkan dengan sistem tertutup. Penelitian di Balai Besar Riset Budidaya laut penyuluhan perikanan, Gondol-Bali. Perlakuan dalam kegiatan kepadatan yaitu 25.000 butir/L (A), 50.000 75.000 butir/L. Analisis data menggunakan analisis sidik ragam. Parameter diamati telur, prolarva parameter kulitas air (suhu, salinitas, DO, pH amoniak). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tiap perlakuan hasil tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05). persentase rata-rata tertinggi 69,33±3,78%, kemudian menyusul sebesar 68,33±3,33% 63,33±3,56%. Penyerapan kuning terjadi hari ke 3 berakhir 5 6. Pada mulai membutuhkan makanan alami sebagai energi dibutuhkan kelangsungan hidup embrio larva. Ketahanan baru menetas memiliki nilai sekitar 2,29 - 3,32, hal mampu tumbuh berkembang.
